How can I find my WPA Key for our router?

I bought our son an XBOX 360 for Christmas and allowed him to open it early.

It is asking for our “WPA” key for our router.

This was set up a long time ago.

I have no idea what this key is or how to find it.

Can you help make his Christmas bright?

Can i take the laser out of a BENQ disc drive and put it in teh disc drive of a Hitachi on the xbox 360?

Ok, so my laser is acting really weird on my disc drive for my elite. At first it became to weak to read my games but it could read dvds. ok so i set off to tweak the pot. i made it a lil stronger bit by bit so i didn’t burn the laser out. still not working. set it too high and it stopped working. i gave up. came back laser and it was working so i messed around and i got it to be nice and bright. it would read discs forever and then finally give up. so finally i put it up more and more. and now it wont work.(the light) my nephews Xbox is broken too. his has no prob with disc drive though. but his is a BENQ and mine is a Hitachi. so i wanted to know if it really made a difference if you used a different disc drive’s laser.

Is my brother’s Xbox broken?

I know that if three sectors on an Xbox are red then it’s broken and if all four are red then something’s just not connected right. Well, at first I thought that all four sectors were red, so I disconnected and reconnected everything on it. But that didn’t change anything, so I looked at the sectors again, and now I can’t tell if three or four are red. The whole circle is red, but separately, the first, third, and fourth sectors are brighter than the second one. Does that matter?

Call Of Duty, Modern Warfare 2 broke from fall whilst playing xbox?

Basically, Me and my friend where playing on his xbox, and i leant over to get something and knocked the xbox on its side whilst we were mid game. It then turned the xbox off so we turned it back on and the disk now wont play , saying that its unreadable. We’ve inspected the disk under a very bright light and there seems to be no visible scratches on the top of it, and is in otherwise in perfect condition. However, the xbox seems to be fine because we continued to play Halo 3 without any problem. Any Ideas how to solve this, or any idea what the problem is?

On the ring of light a bright red light flashes in the bottom right section and a faint red in the upper right and lower left sections. The error is E 74 and I have tried unplugging my XBOX 360 and removing the hard drive. Nothing has worked. I don’t want to send my XBOX in and don’t want to spend money. But I’d rather buy a guide instead of sending it in and not getting it back for two months. Do you know any methods of fixing it? (Please don’t tell me the towel method.) Thank you for your help.
Believe it or not I got my XBOX last Christmas and got the red ring this Christmas. Is that bad luck?

My friends on Xbox LIVE and I know this person, whom none of us like. We don’t hate him for some petty reason, we hate him because every time we play any game together, he harasses everyone. He consistently calls one of my friends (who, admittedly isn’t very bright) names like stupid, retard, moron, etc. And he yells at us for absolutely nothing.

My friends and I have all removed him from our friends lists, and filed numerous complaints and negative reviews. The thing is though, we are both minors (dim friend is 17 and I am 15) and he is 27 years old. I’ve decided if he starts to harass us again, I will call Microsoft and tell him that he is harassing minors on Xbox Live.

I need to know, does this sound like fair punishment, or am I taking it a little bit too far?

Can I exchange my xbox 360 at walmart?

I bought a Xbox 360 Pro for $399 in January 2006. I got the RROD about 2 months after the 3 year extended warranty ran out. So I get the bright idea that I’m gonna take a friends box from one that was purchased around Christmas and put mine in it and take it back for an exchange at WalMart, telling them I received it as a gift about a couple of months ago. I would be downgrading to an Xbox 360 Arcade version which are only $199 in store. Is it possible for me to do this?
PS: Can’t let Microsoft fix it without paying 99$ for a repair fee because it has been longer than the 3 years extended warranty. I was afraid of them scanning the barcode on the console as well as the one on the receipt. Does anyone know for sure if they do this?
How would it be theft? I payed for the Xbox that will be in the box which was 399$ and I have the receipt to prove that. I’m exchanging it for another xbox that costs 199$. 200$ cheaper.
I know I can repair the Xbox I have looked into believe me. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to convince them that I shouldn’t have to pay 99$ for repair when it’s their fault it messed up.

Is 3000 lumens too bright of a projector for a small room?

I have a 800 sq. ft. apartment. My living room, where I’ll have the projector, is about 10 x 25. Im looking for a projector that I will be using on a regular basis for tv(hd satelite box), movies(standard dvd for now), and video games(xbox 360 with hdmi hookups). Im not sure how many lumens I need. I’m just a little afraid of the picture being not bright enough since I will be using the projector on a daily basis and anything but a perfect picture will get annoying.Outside light will not be a problem because I will be blacking out the windows with 100% window tint. Not sure what screen size I’ll be going with but will probably be a 100 inch motorized screen.

Ive been looking at three projectors on ebay that seem good and are in my price range(both w/ 3000 lumens):

why is my X-box 360 freezing up all the time?

ok i got my xbox 360 for christmas and this is the first problems i have had with it, whenever i want to play a game it freezes and it either gets pixelated or the last time the whole screen turned bright green. and the xbox will only be on for like 3 minutes then do that. im not getting a red ring around the power button either.

Question about modding an xbox 360…?

I hope someone in here can help me.. I recently modded an xbox 360 with a clear case and blue leds, everything works fine, but when I turn the system on, the blue leds are bright for about 2 seconds and then they dim down.. I have them plugged in with the whisper fans, using a Y-connector…Is there something i can do to make them stay bright?! Any help would be aprreciated, thanks!
I only modified it because it had the RROD..So, i fixed that and I bought a clear case and some blue leds…i didnt do anything to the hard drive….i still play legally!!
So keep your stupid “cheating” comments to yourself!! Because i didnt cheat anything, i only fixed it and made it look cool…nothing illegal about that..i still bought all the games i play!
